Key Responsibilities
- Tracks material PRs and issues POs in the system, places POs at Suppliers, provides PO Confirmation , issues the confirmation in the system, arranges shipment if needed and follows up delivery to the plant.
- Nominates forwarders against PO shipments, manages road, ocean and air transportation of import operations.
- SAP System Update on Daily basis.
- Controlling the set of shipping documents and original set arrival and ensures that import team has full set of PO documents on time.
- Strategical Supplier Relationship Management in operational aspect.
- Managing PO distribution with optimum landed cost allocation by consolidation and all other possibilities
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a similar field
- Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking
- Min. 7 years of work experience in total
- Strong analytical problem solving ability and excellent negotiation skills
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results - orientation
- Fluency in both written and verbal English
- SAP knowledge is a must
