QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated with a bachelor’s/master’s degree from related departments of universities,
- More than 1 years of experience in Human Resources processes,
- Fluency in written and spoken English,
- Proficient knowledge of Ms Office applications and data management skills,
- Strong analytical thinking skills with focus in details,
- Effective communication, interpersonal and coordination skills,
- Problem solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment,
- A good team player and self-disciplined.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Take an active role in all stages of recruitment process,
- Supporting for HR digitalization,
- Reviewing and revising related HR procedures; work with all departments to execute HR processes,
- Plan and organize various levels of training for new and existing employees,
- Serve as member of HR team to provide excellent customer service; back up other team members as needed,
- Following up Turkish Labor Law and other related legal regulations about HR issues,
- Follow up of personal files,
- Supporting processes of other HR functions.
