QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description;
- Establish good -relationships with clients, carriers, brokers, agencies, key ship service providers and charterers in the dry cargo shipping industry.
- Fixing vessel basis voyage or time charter and carry out post fixture issues
- Recording postfixture issues regularly
- Reporting current freight market regularly to management stuff
- Working in coordination with trade execution department
- Preparing invoices/follow payments
- Working in coordination with Finance department and Accounting department
- Tracing fixture of own vessels with our commercial manager
- Prepairing voyage estimation, voyage performance.
- Cheking /prepairing ship cost/revenue tables
- Prepairing laytime calculation
- Communicat with
- Tracing of claims
Requirements;
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in maritime or logistics-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maritime sector, knowledgeable in vessel chartering and freight management.
- Strategic thinker with decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Team player, able to work under pressure, and adaptable to flexible working hours.
- Proficient in English, preferably proficient in a second language.
