Qualifications
University Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management,
Experience in an international hotel chain is preferred,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines of hotel industry,
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous,
Good team player, working well with other departments and co-workers,
Knowledge of Opera and MS Office applications.
