As a Receptionist; you will play pivotal role in welcoming and coordinating our Head Office operations.
Job Requirements:
- Have a bachelor's degree,
- Fluent in English is plus,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills,
- Strong computer skills,
- Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs,
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed,
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office,
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls,
- Ensure reception and entire office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary, stationery and material,
- Ensure showroom area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary brochures, catalogs,
- Support wholesale team in coordination of showroom and inspecting returned items from the wholesale customers,
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and follow up stationary needs of the retail stores,
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk,
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock,
- Update calendars and schedule meetings,
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs,
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
