As a Receptionist; you will play pivotal role in welcoming and coordinating our Head Office operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Have a bachelor's degree,
  • Fluent in English is plus,
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • Strong computer skills,
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs,
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed,
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office,
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls,
  • Ensure reception and entire office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary, stationery and material,
  • Ensure showroom area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary brochures, catalogs,
  • Support wholesale team in coordination of showroom and inspecting returned items from the wholesale customers,
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and follow up stationary needs of the retail stores,
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk,
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock,
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings,
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs,
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
