Responsibilities

  • You will discover, develop, and execute strategies to acquire, activate, and retain users across the entire conversion funnel,
  • You will align growth strategies with specific business lines, understanding their unique goals and challenges,
  • Search for new digital customer acquisition opportunities, find-out and take action for customer retention and churn reasons,
  • You will establish key growth performance indicators and implement tracking systems and tools ,
  • Follow analytics data and funnels to ensure customer behaviours,
  • You must be driven to help build disruptive provocative products to transform our sector through growth leadership and constructive feedback to product development ,
  • Offer, test and develop new customer acquisition and engagement communication strategies.


Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, data or management,
  • Min 2 years in product-centric growth efforts, demand generation, or performance marketing with both B2B and B2C products,
  • Preferably experienced with CRM, Analytics, SEO, social media, A/B Testing, SQL, Excel,
  • Preferably Previous experience in technology, e-commerce, marketplaces or SaaS a plus
  • Previous startup experience in technology, e-commerce, marketplaces or SaaS a plus,
  • Strong project management, digital and analytical skills,
  • Driven, enthusiastic character with owner mindset, curiosity, customer obsession,
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
  • Fluent in English.
