Job Description;
- Prepares and manages the annual 360 degrees marketing communication plan in line with the strategy and KPIs
- Manages ATL / BTL communication, PR, influencer marketing, research, digital projects including media planning & buying
- Creates digital, CRM and social media campaigns in order to reach marketing and sales targets
- Efectively uses e-mail marketing, social media, SEO, Google ads and PPC advertising to grow the brand and increase family sales

- Manages media communications by making a flawless annual plan with PR agency including press releases, interviews and special press events & projects
- Builds projects to help utilize Purpose Partners
- Develop research when necessary and takes actions accordingly
- Takes role in business development projects to increase online sales
- Develops effective strategies for digital communication and social media to reach sales targets.
- Organizes internal and external events,
- Follows the annual marketing budget,
- Manages creative, digital, media, web site and PR agencies along with other 3rd parties,
- Prepares marketing reports both for Global and local distribution,
Skills and Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Min 5 years of corporate or agency experince in marketing and communications
- Experienced in digital advertising, brand management, corporate communications, event management, agency management
- Data Management and CRM know how is a plus
- Strong experience in digital planning and activation including using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
- Strong analytical skills and result-oriented perspective, energetic and open to teamwork
- Strong in creativity and writing skills
- Qualified in managing relationship with all levels
- Fluency in English, both in written and spoken functions
- Advanced level of Ms Office
