We are looking for a Financial Controlling Assistant Manager (Payment) to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
- A total of 6 years of experience, preferably in financial operations and accounting
- Good knowledge of Turkish accounting standards
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge is a plus
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and problem solver, together with exceptional critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of work
- Good communication skills and a team player
Requirements:
- Follow and control daily/weekly/monthly payments of the subsidiaries considering internal group policies
- Coordinate any optimization process through the improvement of the existing payment system or through improved procedures
- Analyze any significant variances in payment results to ensure the corrective or improvement actions as needed
- Prepare a report of expense allocations among group companies regularly
- Perform the monthly controlling of salary payments for some of the subsidiaries
- Implement and continuously improve financial controls
- Fulfill additional controller duties as necessary
