For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Financial Controlling Specialist’ to be based in Yıldırım Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar departments,
- Minimum 3 years of experience, in which 2 year of experience in a related position or in an audit company is highly preferred,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel), SAP is a plus,
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
- Communication and presentation skills, compliance with ethical principles,
- A highly motivated team worker, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments,
- Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad.
Requirements:
- Reviewing quarterly financial statements of Subsidiaries to prepare quarterly reports for the management team
- Ensuring accuracy of financial statement and proper accounting policies are applied,
- Controlling and following monthly/quarterly closing processes of Subsidiaries,
- Analyzing financial results monthly/quarterly and overseeing all financial control activities
- Implementing and continuously improving financial controls,
- Recommending changes to improve financial controls,
- Ensuring the coordination between Accounting Department of Subsidiaries and Financial Controlling, Department and other departments of Holding,
- Improving accounting systems of Subsidiaries.
