QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description
- Reporting to OD Manager,
- Supporting Compensation & Benefits functions such as Annual Sales Review, promotions, incentives, spot salary determination for Head Office & Stores, etc.,
- Managing organizational changes and reorganizations,
- Preparing headcount budget & following up,
- Preparing ad-hoc reports & presentations regarding C&B issues,
- Preparing HR department budget,
- Designing incentive scheme,
- Own, plan, and deliver defined projects within the Organizational Development team
- Establishing a KPI based performance management system,
- Developing the HRIS system,
- Updating job descriptions,
- Preparing & developing HR documentation (processes and policies through procedures),
- Ensure timely and accurate production of standard and customized HR (including all HR functions) reports for the Business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration, Economy, Engineering),
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR Department with leading OD or C&B projects,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Experience working within an organizational development department, analyzing numeric data, and providing robust output for the business,
- Experience in project management,
- Strong technology skills and MS Excel expertise are required,
- Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills,
- Experience in project-related work, ideally in a team leader capacity,
- Highly effective organization, planning, and time management skills.
