In its digital transformation journey, Gürok Information Technologies Team is looking for an “ Network and Security Executive ” to walk with. In this long journey, our teammates will take part in the digital transformation and technology projects, and its works in the fields of innovative product and services planned for its domestic and international companies.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Security Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco networking products with a CCNA certification, and preferably a CCNP certification as well. Candidate should have a proven track record of contributing to significant network projects in large corporate environments. Proficiency in LAN and WAN technologies is essential. Alternatively, familiarity with other prominent network manufacturers' products and technologies is also acceptable.
On the security side, the candidate should be proficient in Fortinet products and technologies, preferably holding a certification such as NSE4 or higher. Experience with SDWAN technologies is crucial, preferably having participated in an SDWAN project.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network and security solutions.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates of network infrastructure.
- Regular updates and backups of network components
- Establishing, documenting, and enforcing network policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and security incidents.
- Planning, implementation, and updates of network security measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network and security projects.
- Provide expertise and guidance on network and security best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network and security engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Cisco networking products, CCNA certification preferred, CCNP certification is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of configuring and managing Cisco, Juniper, or similar network devices.
- Experience with Fortinet products and technologies, preferably holding NSE4 certification or higher.
- Knowledge of SDWAN technologies, experience in SDWAN projects preferred.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset and high motivation.
- Proficiency in English.
- Completed military service for male candidates.
