IDEAL PROFILE:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management in Media, Economics, Finance, International Relations, Legal or related fields is preferable
- 2+ years professional working in Finance and Reporting in Media
- Fluent English in a business setting
- Strategic and long-term way of thinking
- Team management; clear and effective communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly focused on building and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships
- Strong analytical skills: both qualitative & quantitative and the ability to think creatively and independently, as well as collaboratively
- Detail oriented with ability to review and analyse a large volume of data; strong Excel and Presentation skills
- Comfortable reading and understanding contract language and negotiation/deal experience
- Strong multitasking skills
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Follow up invoicing and reporting with relevant departments
- Prepare weekly/month payment priorities for Finance and follow up the payments
- Control the invoices to make sure that they are in line with the contracts
- Insert invoices in the system on time
- Support the Entertainment Content Finance Manager by preparing updated debt/collection status reports
- Work on the payment plans of the acquired/produced content together with Entertainment Acquisition teams
- Work very closely with Reporting department and will follow up all reporting of entertainment content
- Prepare financial analysis of the acquisitions in terms of performance, volume and budget
