Ronesans Gayrimenkul is targeting to recruit a Finance Specialist to be based in the headquarters in İstanbul with the following qualifications;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or related departments from a reputable university,
- At least 3 years of professional experience in financial operations orcorporate/commercialbanking departments of banks
- Good knowledge of banking products, treasury and corporate finance,
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- SAP knowledge is a plus (especially FI module) ,
- Fluent in both spoken and written English,
- Self-motivated and have business mindset with strong analytical and financial modelling skills,
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial datas,
- Strong interpersonal skills and team member,
Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions,
- Preparing ad hoc reports and analysis for debt portfolio, cash flow forecasts, investments etc.
- By checking and following the bank accounts, creating a report of the account balances at the end of the day,
- Preparing and transmitting the daily,weekly bank instructions,
- Managing relationships with banks,
- Supporting Finance and and Treasury processes,
- Performing monthly reconciliation of balances,
- Looking for opportunities to improve internal processes,
- Cooperating with the rest of the team members for month end closings.
