QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Wellcare Sales Executive who is an experienced in the related fiels to join our team in Istanbul Turkiye.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree/ Bachelor’s degree in the related fields (economics, marketing, pharmacy, biology, chemist, pharmacy),
  • Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office tools,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the health sector as Sales professional that having experience in OTC (Consumer health care) products, international markets is a plus
  • Ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders,
  • Able to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment,
  • Outstanding process and project management skills,
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • Valid driver’s licence,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
  • No restrictions for travel domestically and internationally,
  • Residing in Istanbul.

What You’ll Do

  • The main purpose is to maintain and nurture relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, as well as seek potential new clients and deliver on set out company targets. Within this time of role you are required to forecast, handle a budget and P & L accounts
  • Optimal alignment of sales plan with the Go-To-Market/Commercialization plan for allocated products.
  • Has a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Analysis of pharmaceutical pricing & reimbursement trends,
  • Close follow-up of application process within the reimbursement institution and other Ministerial Organizations,
  • Close follow up to receive the relevant field feedback on the new product or the new indication
  • Develop a strong collaboration with the sales and marketing team in defining and driving the vision and strategy through corporate relations,
  • To enhance company’s leadership in industry related engagement with government ministries,
  • Design, develop and implement market access strategies,
  • Work cooperatively with sales & marketing department in using & putting market access data in practice,
  • Monitor and examine market environment in order to collect up-to-date information on pricing and competitors.
