Vivo Turkey is a smart phone manufacturer established in 2021 in Gebze Güzeller industrial zone.
Vivo, which is growing rapidly in the Turkish market; It aims to produce approximately 5 million pieces of device per year and to create more than 2000 new local jobs in the future.
We would like to invite new teammate as a “Tax Specialist”
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Min 3 years work experience as finance field, management, familiar with related business such as Tax declaration and tax audit
- Proficiency in accounting ERP(Oracle) software and MS Office(especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Description:
- Responsible for the company's VAT, SCT, corporate tax, stamp duty, withholding tax, etc.
- Responsible for all tax returns, including the contracts related to the company and control the daily payments.
- Responsible for prepare monthly tax compliance report in a timely, accurate and proper manner.
- Follow and analyze local and international Tax Regulation updates regarding commercial activities.
- Responsible for identify and control factory tax risks and consult the Tax Office/Account Representative or and follow process.
- Establishing relationships with other parties (e.g. internal and external auditors, tax office, lawyer, bank representatives, etc.).
Factory Location: Kocaeli - Gebze
Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)
Working type: Onsite - In the factory
Shuttle route : Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Istanbul (Anatolian side) on the e-5 route
