QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As the dedicated customers’ phone contact, you behave as a real technical adviser for our customers. You build and develop loyalty with local dealers and key customers. You follow sales operations, from order entry to delivery and invoicing.
Your daily missions :
- Identify & analysis customers’ expectations and requirements
- Recommendations of technical solutions to customers
- Prepare and send quotations
- Negotiation with the customer on prices and deadlines
- Offers and quotations follow-up
- Place order
- Monitoring deliveries
- Customer follow-up
- Support the field commercial team (technical information, parts availability, quotations)
- Phone canvassing campaign to develop the customer portfolio
At the heart of commercial relationship, you are the pivot of exchanges between partners, customers and Parts Sales team.
Profile required:
- Sales Administration Experience (quotation, manage orders, invoicing, manage delivery, …)
- Real IT skills (proficient in Word, Excel documents)
- Technical knowledge about Diesel Engine and Parts will be valued
- Customer oriented
- English or French fluent required
- Flexible, autonomous, dynamic, service-oriented, open-minded and reliable
