Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
- Having at least 3 years of experience in sales support, planning
- Deliver sales performance against forecast and targets by acting upon best practices and effectively executing business plans and sales strategies of the company
- Native in Russian, Proficient in Turkish, preferably English Speaker
- Able to communicate with the customers and partners around the world.
- Proficient in MS Office programs and advanced knowledge of Excel,
- Capable of regular reporting,
- Disciplined and organized, able to work in a team,
- Having strong analytical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills,
- High energy, committed to the principle of customer satisfaction,
Responsibilities
- To address, solve, and follow up on issues and requests from customers,
- To ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships,
- To communicate and coordinate customer requests with the relevant teams,
- To interact with the Trade Team, Enginering Team, and other relevant units,
- To prepare contracts related to sales and communicate them to the customer,
- To play an active role in ensuring customer satisfaction and develop a network.
- To monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Entering customer data to CRM system and follow up every detail on the CRM
- To prepare all necessary reports and share them with the relevant managers.
