We are seeking talented and highly motivated candidates to join our Flight Training Department as Assistant Training Specialist
Basic Job Description:
Assistant Training Specialist supports training department with all aspects of training planning/organization/record keeping of crew staff and for executive works.
1. Keeping the training records of Flight Crew and CRM, DGR training records of related staff.
2. Checking previous training records of hired flight crew
3. Making formal notifications to Related Authority
4. Planning ground trainings of pilots (on ground and distance learning) and CRM, DGR ground trainings of related staff.
5. Planning Simulator Trainings
6. Organizing outsource trainings
7. To notify related staff and flight crew about planned trainings
8. Organizing accommodation, ticket and transportation (pilot training purposes only)
9. Monitoring Loadmasters and Dispatch trainings
10. Preparing and monitoring reports
11. Preparing for Auditing
12. Documentation of Training (Company Manuals, Forms etc.)
