We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, and self-motivated “Training Specialist” for our project in Develi /Kayseri.

About The Opportunity

In order to improve the Occupational Health and Safety competencies of employees in line with our organizational goals, we take part in the process of establishing and implementing the in-company training system, analyse and plan the necessary trainings, develop training programs and ensure the implementation of the trainings; It supports the development of tools for measuring educational results, carries out measurement activities, makes evaluations and provides necessary information. prepares reports. Budgeting and reporting activities by recording all work executes.


Responsibilities

  • Overseeing planning and organizing internal and legal OH&S trainings and other mandatory trainings by coordinating with other departments,
  • Following up the due dates of the related trainings,
  • Preparing yearly OH&S and mandatory training plans,
  • Giving internal trainings,
  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating internal training presentation content,
  • Supporting the preparation of yearly training budget and follow up the actuals,
  • Managing feedback processes for the evaluation of training events, analyzing and reporting training results,
  • Preparing training reports,
  • Tracking the training records as legal requirements,
  • Taking part in the learning platform management when it is necessary,
  • Conducting analyses to improve training efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments
  • At least 5 years of similar experience,
  • Experience in coordinating, planning, and providing training,
  • Experience in vocational mandatory trainings and legal requirements,
  • Previous work experience establishing and working in a training academy is preferred.
  • Having good knowledge of E-Learning systems is preferred.
  • Skills in presentation, planning, reporting, analysis, and organization,
  • Good level of both written & spoken English is preferred.
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word),
  • Residing in Kayseri Develi district or willing to relocate.
