QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complying with the TN Maleik safety and health system and ensuring a suitable working environment Compliance with occupational health and safety instructions and training, risk assessment, emergency plans, safety and health signs and practices.
• Organizing the design and assembly processes of electrical systems.
• Conducting regular tests on electrical systems to both detect potential problems and ensure that the systems operate at the highest possible level of efficiency
• Recommending changes or upgrades to electrical systems to ensure productivity and improvement,
• Training the Technician/Technician team members in his/her own team, creating and supervising business plans.
• Performing and reporting malfunctions, maintenance and corrections in harmony with the operating team. Hiring all personnel necessary for the continuous operation of the facility 24/7, Carrying out planned maintenance on all electrical systems, equipment and machines, Using technical programs and test/measurement devices related to the profession
• Preparing and following the periodic maintenance schedule, reviewing the maintenance programs and making the necessary arrangements to ensure the growth of the systems,
• Repairing malfunctions in machines, if necessary,
• To provide a working environment that complies with company safety and health methods,
• Professional development continues
• Creating and following up the shift plan
• Offers continuous improvement and innovation changes.
• Continuous monitoring and realization of the process unit by making effective reporting,
• Creating purchasing parts and following up brochures,
• Maintaining energy relationships and practices.
• Organizing facility maintenance files accordingly, preparing, revising and checking instructions and documents.
• Ensuring that the work is completed by organizing with the subcontractor what needs to be done by the subcontractor.
• Determining the Critical Spare stock required for machinery equipment and maintaining parts tracking
• Having sufficient knowledge about steam turbine power plant electricity generation process operation
•Having sufficient experience for;
-HV/MV Systems (Power Transformers and C&Bs) 34.5KV,6.3KV
-Cogeneration Steam Turbine Systems
-LV Power Distb.
-MCC Systems
-Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems
-Fire Detection& Alarm System
-DCS Systems (Honeywell) /SCADA/PLC
-HVAC Systems
-MV/LV Compensation Systems
-Air compression
-AC/DC UPS & Rectifier Systems
-MV/LV Motors
-Instruments (ISBL+OSBL)
- PLANT INSTALLATION & COMMISIONING PHASE
- Providing support to the Electrical construction team during installation
- Daily monitoring and reporting of the suitability of electrical designs to the project and the accuracy of the electrical installation
-Management of installation Equipment with suppliers and reporting
-Following legal processes regarding electricity and energy systems
- FAT organizations
- Providing support to the Instrumentation Team during installation and Commissioning Phase
-Management of Plant Commissioning Phase
- ENERGY MANAGEMENT (ISO 50001)
To maintain energy-consuming equipment and monitor their efficiency,
Monitoring the energy consumption in the institution and reporting it periodically,
Providing and installing the equipment necessary to monitor energy consumption,
To determine the renovations needed by energy-consuming systems and to coordinate their implementation,
To save money by changing consumption habits,
To follow current and renewed legislation in the field of energy,
To develop ideas about the evaluation processes of energy wastes,
Providing training to staff on energy efficiency issues,
To research and develop renewable and sustainable energy sources,
Providing both technical and practical advice.
