Qualifications :
- University degree in related fields,
- Min. 3 years of experience in preferably in FMCG industry,
- Preferably Commercial Marketing-Category-Product Management experience,
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and growth mindset,
- Analytical thinking ability and analysing skills, high attention to details,
- Ability to operate and execute independently in an ambiguous environment
Job Descriptions :
- Tracking consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution and by conducting consumer research.
- Executing development of the Trade Marketing Category plan and strategies across all product categories in short-mid-long terms,
- Owning the Trade Marketing budget & annual planning of campaigns with sales and marketing teams across the categories,
- Executing efficient and effective pricing and promotion strategies in accordance with the category plans,
- To work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets and building relationships between Field Sales & Marketing Teams
- Business reporting on sales figures (daily/monthly based) and top-level presentations on sales figures
- To assure that products and services of the segment are suitable to the customer needs while they are in conformity with the company strategy
- Researching competition, market and customer dynamics, creating analyzes and action plans,
- Controlling product placements and displays in stores and informing sales teams
- Executing the commercial strategy and operation plan of the category in line with the sales and marketing strategies,
- In line with the trade category strategy, to carry out the budget responsibility and the creation of the necessary funds for the category,
- To support the determination of the product's pricing strategy and price management by considering market dynamics.
- Communicating new product needs to marketing function and supporting new product processes by considering the competition and opportunities in the market.
- Creating packaging, designs, shelf and display positioning, planograms and valuable area plan of existing and new products prepared in line with category strategies,
- Tracking competitor activities and assisting in the preparation of monthly reports in coordination with the Sales department,
- Evaluating the performance reports of current and new series in collaboration with Product Management within the responsible product category and regions
