QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the entire risk analysis and evaluation process with the relevant departments,
- Ensure that all actions are taken at the right time according to the risk analysis report,
- Follow up and implement all legal responsibilities in terms of Occupational Health and Safety activities clearly defined in the relevant regulation and O&M contract,
- Write, implement and manage OHS programs, policies and procedures,
- Ensure detailed reporting of near misses or after an accident with the support of each unit and promoting its prevention,
- Fill in the legal monthly and annual occupational health and safety records and reports, keep the minutes by organizing the meetings,
- Provide all necessary HSE related legal trainings to all employees,
- Comply with HSE regulations, to wear all necessary safety equipment, to encourage safe working practices, to correct obvious hazards immediately or notify appropriate employee.
- Ensure that the appropriate PPE is selected and used by the departments,
- Organizing job-specific OHS trainings as needed,
- Ensuring the implementation and certification of quality management systems, (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 and 27001)
- Managing the QDMS program, which is the documentation software used in the company,
- Follow up and organize Corrective Actions Forms and Improvement Forms,
- Collect monthly reports, annual reports and other periodic reports from all departments and prepare presentations to senior management.
- Conduct field inspections, preparing the plans for internal and external quality and HSE inspections,
- Follow up and organize periodic OHS Board meetings and coordination meetings,
- Take an active role in all operational quality improvement activities,
- Comply with the relevant procedures, instructions and other legal requirements of all certified management systems,

Ensure and control the execution of activities in accordance with environmental legislation,

Coordinate the environmental management in the field and make the necessary reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree from engineering faculties,
- At least 4 years of experience in similar position (OHS, Environment, and Quality),
- Good command of both written and spoken English, (This role is actively preparing reports and presentations in English),
- C class Occupational Safety Specialist certificate,
- Knowledge of Environmental Legislations ,
- Analytical mindset, proactive and quality-oriented approach,
- Experience in Quality Management System & Certification (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, 45001),
- Class B driver's license.
