We are looking for a Business Development Specialist / Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in İstanbul Kurtköy facility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics engineering)
- 5 years of experience in business & project development
- Good command of English
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Detail oriented
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- CRM tool experience (ZOHO, Salesforce or etc.)
- ERP knowledge (preferably IFS)
Preffered Prior Experience
- Defense and Aerospace sector experience is highly desired
- Basic Knowledge of Military Standards and AS9100 Rev.D QMS
- Experience at international exhibitions (organizing & participating)
- Experience working with Foreign/International Market
What you'll do
- Researching and identifying potential business opportunities, including new markets, customers, solution partnerships and partnerships,
- Preparing offers, presentations and marketing materials to support sales activities,
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, including contacts, potential collaborations and opportunities,
- Ensuring the management of the CRM system,
- Preparing plans and reports regarding business development activities,
- Monitoring project progress, identifying problems in advance and intervening proactively to ensure timely completion and delivery,
- Conducting periodic data analysis for work followed by senior management.
- Contributing to the creation of the annual sales budget.
