Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack E-commerce Web Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a full stack developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You will also be tasked with integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, which will directly impact the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain our e-commerce platforms, ensuring exceptional performance and experience.
Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and UX/UI designers to improve software.
Implement mobile-based features and optimize our application for maximum speed and scalability.
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems to ensure optimal functionality and no downtime.
Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a portfolio of successful development projects.
Experience with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficient in server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git, Mercurial or SVN.
Experience with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
