Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields(Industrial engineering; postgraduation degree on data science, big data and business analytics, maths, statistics, mathematics engineering is an advantage)
- Good level of English both written and verbal
- Experience on statistical analysis of the labour hours and reporting
- Experience on working with Microsoft Excel (pivot table, etc.), Power BI, SAP S/4 HANA
- Being familliar with German costing methodology (die Grenzplankostenrechnung) is an advantage,
- Analytical thinking capability, having management skills (planning, reporting, acting), high level of awareness,
- Self-motivated, communicative, agile, resilient, perseverant,
- Flexible for travelling (mainly domestic and also abroad)

- Being responsible for the business unit of workload and workforce analysis and reporting which is under business intelligence,
- Reporting to the head of service operation department,
- Workforce and workload planning
- Calculating plans and deviations
- Technical analysis
