Managing the F&B operations under the umbrella of Kaimakk, Mood Up, and The Gang Foods, TERHA welcomes thousands of guests daily at Istanbul Airport, providing high-quality services.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve revenue and profitability targets,
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our .com channels (Turkey and International domains) including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management,
- Analyzing website performance metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth,
- Leading initiatives to enhance the user experience, from website design and navigation to checkout process and post-purchase support,
- Creating campaign strategies and running the execution with your team,
- Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content, campaigns, and visuals that resonate with our target audience,
- Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to continuously innovate and stay competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration/Economics/Industrial Engineering or related disciplines,
- Min 5 years of e-commerce planning and website management experience in retail industry,
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and related tools for analytics, marketing automation, and customer relationship management,
- Having very detail oriented perspective,
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze business trends and sales forecasts,
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross functional teams,
- Good level of MS Office Programs
