QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- First point of contact in logistical problem solving and daily follow-up of operational excellence
- Bridging communications between customers and service providers
- Introduction of new business models and customer requirements
- Dimensioning and planning of the warehouse, particularly the layout
- Participation in tenders, award of contract and planning of warehouse removals
- Implementation of process training at the external service provider
- Participation in the development of warehouse processes within the logistics process landscape
- Application of CIP methodology for continuous improvement of Process quality
- Responsibility for key performance indicator fulfillment (Bosch Distribution standard key performance indicator)
- Development of measures in case of deviations from KPIs, ensuring implementation, checking sustainability
Qualifications
- University degree in the field of supply-chain, industrial/management engineering, business administration or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer front-end roles.
- Business fluent in English, preferably German
- Good knowledge in the ERP system SAP, MS Office, and corresponding analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability in achieving results backed by facts and figures
- Profound understanding of logistical processes
- Ability to work in an international team
- Confident and cooperative manner when working with tangent departments and external service providers
- Very good communication skills
- Work Outcome-oriented
- Willingness to travel (within working hours)
