- HR Marketing process responsibility – Correct positioning of Bosch in target universities, creation and follow-up of an annual action plan
- Effective representation of the employer brand to target groups
- Student programs process responsibility / Summer School - Smart Start (student selection, placement, follow-up)
- University-Industry cooperation studies
Qualifications
- University degree from preferably Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
- Previous HR experience preferred, as HR Generalist or HRBP
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solver, flexible, collaborative team player
- Strong organization & planning skills
- Willing to work in a multitask environment
- Able to work with autonomy
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Advanced level of MS Office programs
- SAP HR module knowledge
