What You'll Do
- Prepares periodical regional and management reports in weekly and monthly base
- Asists monthly closing steps with analyzing, reviewing, understanding the variances in actual realization
- Support all relevant required reporting requirements with adhoc analysis including financial metrics
- Assists in preparation of the budget and in the analysis of budget variances with full financial statements and details
- Directly reporting to Plant Controller
What is required
- Graduate in business administration, economics ,engineering or related fields
- 1-3 years experience at controlling/budget planning fields
- Experience in production environment company
- Intermediate level of excel knowledge is required, quick & well adaptable to new software is expected, SAP knowledge is an asset
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent Team Player, organized, pro-active and creative
- Solid understanding of accounting principles for financial analysis purposes
