The company: Scafom-rux
Kratos is founded in 2023 as the newest plant of the Scafom-Rux group and producing scaffold systems, mainly exporting to our European districution center in Belgium. As 2023 was the start-up of the plant, the goal is that it will be groing in the coming years.
Scafom-rux is a family owned company that designs and produces scaffold systems in 5 fully owned factories in Europe (3x) and China (2x). These scaffold systems are sold and rented to end customers (B2B) in Construction & Industry all over the world, via subsidiaries in some 20+ countries.
Scafom employs 1000+ people and has its headquarters in Budel (the Netherlands). The company has a Business Unit structure with decentralized P&L responsibilities.

Job mission
Scafom-rux is looking for an Accountant/payroll responsible for the plant Kratos, where after the start-up with an accounting firm, we want to further grow and have our own administrative department being responsible for HR, Finance administration and reporting, tax/legal, with the support of an external firm.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Prepare, control, and maintain the company's financial datasets, including monthly balance sheets and income statements.
· Oversee monthly closing activities and prepare monthly financial documents.
· Participate in monthly forecasts and annual budget preparations.
· Controlling and participating finance operations including A/R, A/P, general ledger, financial reporting, preparing payroll, following personnel expenses etc.
· Support preparing the company’s annual budget
· Ensure timely & accurate tax reporting in partnership with external support
· Manage day to day and month-end accounting activities, including but not limited to journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, tax reports, cost reporting
· Preparing IS, BS, Sales Report, Aging Report and Cash flow etc.
· Following reconciliations with customers, vendors and bank accounts
· Controlling supplier management, Invoice control vs. purchase order
· Bank transfer preparation, bank management
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree from related departments
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Minimum 3 years experienced
· Strong communication skills
· Advanced Excel skills and experience of DIA would be an advantage
· Analytical thinking, result oriented, attentive to deadlines
· Effective communication in written reporting and presentations.
· High analytical skills (influence regarding data)
