FläktGroup Turkey factory Dilovası / Kocaeli, Sales & Service offices are located in Istanbul.
We are looking for a Budget and Reporting Specialist teammate in our Finance&Accounting department based in the Dilovası Factory.
Purpose of the position
Plans, monitors, forecasts and reports cost and performance KPIs for the plant.
Member of the plant-leading team, Contributes to all areas of plant management and provides strong financial leadership.
Areas of responsibility
- Driving and supporting the budgeting and forecasting process of the plant
- Management reporting, month-end analysis, and communication to the Group on the plant’s result
- Business partner for the plant manager and member of the leadership group.
- Investigation on variances and proposal of corrective actions, leads follow up on action plans
- Serve as the primary contact for issues related to cost controlling and cost accounting.
- Continuous improvement on reporting, KPIs, and tools to support plant management’s decision making
- Coordination standard cost revision, preparation of rates and markups
- Estimated cost vs Actual cost for specific projects
- Inventory valuation and analysis
- Capex Control, review of requests, reporting
- Ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics. A master degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in positions such as cost analysis in the manufacturing industry
- Analytical and solution-oriented
- Excellent team player
- Good level of English enabling free oral and written communication
