QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an "Accounting Specialist" in our factory operating in the energy sector, established with 100% Chinese capital.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related programme.
- More than 5 years of experience in accounting area,
- CPA certificate would be preferred,
- Knowledge of general accounting records,
- Fluent level spoken English is required,
- Preferably able to use Logo Tiger program,
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office programmes,
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead and maintain day-to-day accounting operations
Manage accounting analysis, posts entries
Control the chart of accounts and manage reconciliations
Ensure monthly closing related works completed on schedule,
Responsible for matching payment application forms and support payment process,
Follow-up of personnel expense payments,
Responsible for import accounting transactions,
Responsible for recording purchase/import invoices,
Responsible for recording expenses and supplier invoices,
Responsible for making cost programming and reporting,
Responsible for making current account and BA-BS reconciliations,
Daily monitoring of the e-Invoice system and transportation of invoices,
Completion of all transactions given by the manager,
Responsible for Account Payment management report,
