Pioneering the energy transformation in Türkiye with a particular focus on sustainability and the vision for a better future for all, Enerjisa Enerji provides service to 25 percent of Türkiye in electricity distribution and retail, which are the main fields of activities of the company. Being the prominent player in the industry, our company reaches 10.7 million customers in 14 provinces and provides electricity distribution services to more than 22 million users. Furthermore, while Enerjisa Enerji offers renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to its customers via its Energy of My Business brand, the company also operates the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the company of which Enerjisa owns majority of its shares.

What awaits you in this role
We are looking for fellow team members for our Product, Pricing and Revenue Management team.
- Primarily creating, structuring, developing and launching new innovative commodity products and services,
- Analyzing, managing and optimizing product portfolio and roadmap,
- Cooperating with relevant internal and external stakeholders and fostering & managing strategic partnerships to continuously expand and develop product portfolio,
- Guiding and leading complex contractual design and management processes especially in commercial terms, penalties, termination conditions, collateral etc. areas,
- Translating concepts and ideas into viable products or business solutions, also prioritizing product opportunities,
- Work closely as a business expert with commodity portfolio, pricing, legal, sales, operation, business application teams,
- Proactively seeking customer and stakeholder input into product strategy and development process,
- Guiding and analyzing market research for product planning,
- Experiencing in agile methodology,
- Driving the understanding of developments in customer buying habits and market value drivers, considering changes in customer and regulatory landscape.
What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Engineering
- Relevant experience in commodity focused industry and commercial role
- Profound knowledge of product management and background in project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- High level of proficiency in English
- Extended knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Energy sector know-how is a plus
- Strong Resilience, Commercial acumen and Effective communication skills
- High analytical thinking & Problem solving
