We are looking for Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
The expectations from our new team member who will be located in REMED HQ, Antalya are as follows:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Ability to manage and handle customer inquiries and transactions over the phone.
• Sensitivity towards customer satisfaction.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexibly.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Greet customers over the phone and make follow-up calls.
• Manage and respond to customer emails.
• Input data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Create and manage records of customer complaints and requests.
• Understand and track all customer demands.
• Identify and meet customers' needs.
• Respond to and follow up on customer feedback.
• Proactively propose solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet given targets and performance criteria.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
