Eram Talent, an independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy and a division of ERAM Group, is seeking a highly motivated and competent Planning Engineer to join our client in the Oil & Gas industry. As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing project schedules, coordinating with project team members, and ensuring the timely delivery of work in accordance with project timelines. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure project timelines are met and resources are utilized effectively
- Proactively identify project risks or issues and develop contingency plans to minimize potential impacts
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Utilize project management software and tools to support planning and scheduling activities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Prior experience as a Planning Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum of 8+ Years of relevant Work Experience
- Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling principles and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in project management software and tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
