QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an " Demand & Supply Planning Manager " to work in our company operating in the field of food and alcoholic beverages.
Job description:
• To be in constant communication with process stakeholders and to be the implementer of the S&OP process in the supply chain department.
• Running demand forecast models, creating 18-month sales forecasts and examining the compliance of demand forecasts with sales targets,
• To examine the regional breakdowns of demand forecasts and identify development directions.
• Working with sales, marketing and commercial marketing functions to ensure that demand forecast deviations are at a minimum level.
• Using statistical methods, planning and implementing medium and long-term actions that will ensure product and channel-based product availability,
• To monitor the realization rates of sales targets and expectations and to implement corrective and preventive actions together with process stakeholders.
• Taking action on profitability increasing activities and order management,
• To identify bottlenecks in the material supply process, to carry out demand planning activities together with process stakeholders and to ensure that actions are implemented when necessary.
• Developing automatic stock replenishment methods and integrating them into existing systems,
• To plan and organize demand and supply within the scope of international purchasing processes,
• Ensuring the creation of production plans in line with material needs with foreign suppliers,
• Creating a supply plan for products that need to be supplied within the scope of bulk sales and tenders according to customer orders,
• Planning material needs in line with domestic sales and export needs and following the order and supply processes,
• To ensure that minimum, maximum and optimum stock levels are determined and implemented.
• Monitoring the stock levels of regional warehouses and 3PL warehouses and ensuring product availability in compliance with sales expectations,
• Carrying out improvement efforts by following daily, monthly and annual KPIs,
• Preparing periodic reports regarding the process and reporting them to be presented to senior management,
• Monitoring the import stages, following compliance with import plans and deviations, planning action together with the relevant departments for delayed imports,
• Carrying out work to improve business processes,
• To carry out performance enhancing studies on logistics capacity and efficiency,
• Preparing periodic reports and statistics regarding productivity, cost, purchasing - imports
Qualifications:
• Universities have programs in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, etc. graduated from departments,
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar position,
• Preferably have a good command of English,
• Skilled in analysis and reporting, with high follow-up skills,
• Have problem solving, planning and organizational skills,
• Developed effective communication and negotiation skills,
• Able to use Office programs and ERP applications well,
• Have analytical thinking ability and problem solving ability,
• Prone to team work, able to make improvements in business processes,
