QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MGS A.Ş, with 36 years of experience in the Electronic Security Systems sector, is hiring an Operation Support Engineer for its Operations Department.
- Preferably a graduate of Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related fields
- Fluent in English
- Capable of managing projects with technical knowledge/application skills and experience
- Proficient in reading and drawing projects using AutoCAD program
- Strong communication, presentation, and representation skills
- Holder of a driver's license (able to drive actively)
- Preferably experienced in security or similar sectors
- At least two years of field experience
Job Description:
- Managing and supervising the process of new projects for corporate clients from system design to job delivery
- Providing training for high-end products and systems to the Operations Department and generally supporting products and systems
- Receiving training for new products and systems
- Conducting tests for new products and systems, providing internal training, and supporting their implementation
- Acting as a technical representative for our corporate clients under Engineering Services
- Drawing up and tracking projects related to alarms, card access, and camera systems
