For a reputable company which is headquartered in Kocaeli-DARICA, and operates in the metal field; we are looking for an 'ASSISTANT to the CEO” with following description and qualifications
- Graduated from one of the reputable universities
- At least 5 years of experience in the related field
- Residing in or around Gebze, Darıca, Tuzla,
- Strong English skills-verbal and written (Interview will be held in English)
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills, result oriented
- Proficiency in using MS Office programs
- Disciplined, excellent initiative and follow through; strong sense of urgency and responsibility,
- Strong time and stress management skills
- Ability to maintain high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidenfial information
Job Description:
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing CEO’s calendar and set up meetings.
- Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Preparing for meetings and forwarding the relevant notes to CEO
- Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, calls, meetings and travel itineraries, coordinating related arrangements of his/her manager
- Welcoming and directing guests of the management
- Preparing of reports and presentations
