REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering Field
• Minumum 3 years of International sales experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Life Science Industries,
• Fluent in English; good communication, presentation, and writing skills,
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications,
• Result-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills,
• Strong attitude and ability to work in a multi-culture environment,
• Having excellent skills in problem-solving,
• Having excellent cross-functional and team working skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• This is the Medical Devices International Sales role, and the person will be required to produce meaningful and measurable sales results,
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty,
• Find, evaluate, and qualify new distributors and customers,
• Follow up on customer’s orders, forecast, and respond to inquiries,
• Ability to analyze customer tenders and respond to them,
• Ability to demonstrate products to the customer,
• Experience with writing proposals to customers and responding to requests,
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership,
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates,
• Achieve product and region-based sales targets in line with company strategies and targets in foreign markets,
• Research and analyze foreign markets, customer trends, and competitive dynamics,
• Plan and execute new product launches and marketing activities in export markets,
• Coordinating and conducting marketing activities in International markets.
