We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team.
Location: Trabzon
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Sales Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;
- You will be responsible to define and execute Joint Business Plan (JBP) in line with ICP (Integrated Commercial Plan) for assigned customers to drive the overall business
- You will beresponsible to ensure achievement of agreed Customer (s) targets/KPIs
- You will be responsible to facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
- You will be responsible to ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
- You will be responsible to collaborate with Regional Sales team, including Key Accounts team, for effective customer management (sharing best practices in terms of merchandising and trade activities)
- You will be responsible coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ sales representative(s)
Which profile are we looking for?
At least 3 years in Field Sales, Customer Management
- Understands all sales functions i.e. Customer Development, Customer, Field
- Has demonstrated success in previous roles.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people
