We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our

team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. The Junior Account Manager will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.

Junior Account Manager responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure that all client account information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions.

Required skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge in SAP and CRM systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools
  • Understanding of sales principles and practices
