About Lila Kağıt

Our journey, which spans nearly a century, began with a weaving facility established by the Öğücü family in 1930. By the early 2000s, we had grown continuously to become one of Turkey's largest integrated yarn facilities.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from the relevant undergraduate department of universities, (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.)

• Have at least 10 years of managerial experience in production sectors,

• Ensuring effective management of production units directly affiliated with it in order to realize and coordinate production activities in line with the company vision and production process targets,

• Management of relevant processes and personnel reporting to him, and ensuring coordination with other departments in order to ensure that production is carried out in accordance with process operating conditions, production plans and quality standards,

• To plan the improvements and investments to be made in the facility by cooperating with other units for the continuous development of the business in line with the company targets and to carry out the approved replacement/renewal works together with its staff,

• To keep machinery, equipment and apparatus sufficient to enable production,

• To prepare regular programs for the training and development of subordinate employee teams and to fulfill the responsibilities listed in the basic responsibilities and performance indicators.

• Thinking analytically, adopting planned and customer-oriented work as a principle,

• Have a good command of English,

• Will be able to reside in the Çorlu – Tekirdağ region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage the activities and personnel carried out in the production department, in line with the company quality policy and targets, and to ensure coordination with other departments and processes,

• To determine the goals of its processes in a way that supports the company's vision, strategy and goals. To share these goals with all employees and ensure their adoption,

• To carry out data analysis and process performance monitoring studies within the scope of determined departmental targets, to inform the senior management with monthly activity reports, to plan possible improvement and corrective/preventive activities,

• To ensure coordination between the reporting managers and their team members, to establish an effective communication relationship within ??responsible area and to ensure that information and instructions reach from the relevant points on time,

• To prepare the layout plans of the machinery park in the factory, taking into account the conditions regarding work efficiency, effectiveness and safety, and to implement the layout by taking into account the development of the factory,

• To carry out improvement and development studies by making capacity and adequacy calculations, to work to increase capacity and efficiency in production,

• Taking part in improvement and development studies aimed at making the machines and employees in the enterprise more efficient, improving the tolerances of the production trend and reducing total production costs, presenting opinions and suggestions, and using the results in establishing company standards,

• To control the consumption of items by monitoring the use of raw materials/chemicals/auxiliary and consumable materials used in production, to ensure their efficient use, and to reduce faulty production and production compulsory losses,

• Reducing labor and energy costs and increasing production speeds in order to produce under optimum cost conditions.
