QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Apaz Group seeks to recruit a Marketing Manager - Digital Marketing & E-Commerce based in Izmir. The candidate will report directly to CMO. The ideal candidate will manage all digital efforts including Marketplace Channels, performance marketing, SEM, SEO, Google & Facebook Ads and procut management in line with our objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates business needs of Apaz Group digital products and platform development efforts in accordance with the business plan
- Track the performance of Apaz Group platforms (Web, iOS and Android applications, Mobile web); define, execute and update the product roadmap, define new requirements
- Lead revenue and product strategy of Marketplace Channels (Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol, MigrosYemek)
- Utilize data analytics, product metrics, user esperience research and competitive analysis, to drive improvement of product features
- Support the teams to develop and execute Apaz Group digital campaigns using online media channels such as social media, display (programmatic), affiliate marketing, SEO/SEM and CRM with focus on mobile that drive revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, and expand brand awareness
- Support developing digital media plans to optimize online marketing revenue growth and ROI
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to fully immerse eCom business model and optimize media support
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end E-com customer experience
- Develop and execute SEO and content strategy
- Plan monthly and quarterly KPIs and success metrics liaising with CMO
- Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reports to track the traffic, conversion and new customer acquisition
- Provide commercial, actionable reporting, analysis and insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Communication from a reputable university
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an e-commerce and QSR company
- Launching, managing, monitoring, tracking and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple online channels
- Create, optimize and analyze all performance marketing campaigns especially SEM, Retargeting, Paid Social, Video and Display Campaigns
- Having mobile app marketing and marketplace channels experience.
- Your knowledge in Google Analytics, Adjust, Firebase and other third-party tracking tools is necessary.
- Ability to manage and track marketing budgets / forecasting and detailed reporting.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
