Job Description:
As a Medical Tourism Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the medical tourism operations in our company office located in Taksim, Istanbul. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of medical services for international patients and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the medical tourism department
Coordinate with medical professionals, hospitals, and clinics to arrange appointments and treatments for international patients.
Assist international patients in understanding and navigating the healthcare system in Turkey
Provide guidance and support to medical tourism coordinators and ensure they deliver exceptional customer service
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the medical tourism team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary training programs.
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of medical services into the overall customer experience
Stay up to date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry and medical tourism trends
Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding the performance of the medical tourism department
Requirements:
Fluency in English, Arabic, and Turkish (written and spoken) is essential
Turkish citizenship is required
Proven experience in the medical tourism or healthcare industry is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Proficient in using computer software and systems related to medical tourism operations
