QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the representative for the maintenance unit, acting as the primary point of contact between other departments.
- Manage equipment-related quality issues within the maintenance department by overseeing CAPA, NC, and Management System Plan activities as a project.
- Prepare immediate action report, root cause analysis, risk assessment and final report by working together maintenance engineers for quality and production related issues.
- Oversee all maintenance activities utilizing data analytics and AI methodologies.
- Analyze equipment failure datas to identify patterns and trends and report periodically.
- Conducting root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems.
- Define and track KPIs for maintenance department.
- Collaboratively assists maintenance engineers in creating and implementing optimized Value-added asset maintenance plans.
- Effective utilization of predictive maintenance and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.
- Develop and implement new procedures, instructions, and forms to eliminate machine downtime, resolve equipment-related quality issues, and manage assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop a detailed timeline for the execution of maintenance tasks.
- Assign personnel, tools, and equipment to specific jobs.
- Ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled to minimize disruption to operations.
- Address conflicts in resource availability or other constraints.
- Communicate the schedule to relevant personnel and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to embed reliability into all facets of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO14001, quality and environmental manuel in all maintenance activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, are required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance, production, and engineering environment.
- Have a knowledge of SAP PM.
- Have a knowledge of machine elements and industrial materials.
- Have a basic knowledge of industrial electronics, automation, and PLC control systems
- Acquainted with basic concepts of Business Intelligence/Data Analytics Tools.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exhibit self-motivation to take on responsibility for continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
