/ Bachelor degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronic & Electrical and Industrial Engineering
/ Good knowledge of Quality tools and mindset, experience in problem solving tools like 8D, 6 Sigma
/ Strong organizational and communication skills
/ Self discipline, orientation for target realization
/ Fluency in English both written and spoken
