Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field
- At least One year of work experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Receptionist, Reservationist or a similar role in the hospitality field.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
- Knowledge of Opera is required.
- Excellent command of English (written & verbal); any other language is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure that all guest feedback is captured and communicated to the relevant departments.
