QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


  • Brand Strategy:Develop, communicate, and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's mission, values, and long-term goals.
  • Brand Identity:Maintain and enhance the brand's identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and visual elements across all channels.
  • Market Research:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, consumer trends, and market dynamics that impact the brand.
  • Brand Positioning:Define and refine the brand's unique value proposition and positioning to differentiate it in the market.
  • Marketing Campaigns:Plan, oversee, and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that reinforce the brand's identity and drive engagement. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Brand Communication:Develop and manage brand communication strategies, including advertising, PR, social media, and content marketing.
  • Brand Guidelines:Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Budget Management:Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation. Ensure cost-effective strategies without compromising brand integrity.
  • Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of brand specialists and coordinators.
  • Consumer Insights:Gather and analyze consumer insights to better understand target audiences and adapt branding strategies accordingly.
  • Brand Performance Metrics:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of branding efforts.
  • PR Activities:developing and executing PR strategies to enhance and protect the brand's reputation.
  • Event Management: Plan, execute, and oversee events that align with the brand's objectives and enhance its presence.
  • Social Responsibility Projects:Develop and implement strategies that align the brand with social and environmental responsibility initiatives.
  • Agency Management: Ensuring that agency efforts align with the brand's objectives, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand's objectives, engage the target audience, and enhance the brand's online presence.
  • Sponsorships: Identifying and managing sponsorships, ensuring they contribute to the brand's visibility, engagement, and growth.



Qualifications


  • University degree in the field of business administration or equivalent.
  • Min 7 years of experience in brand management.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others, providing direction and guidance to achieve objectives.
  • Self-Confidence: Strong belief in one's abilities and decisions, coupled with the ability to assert oneself effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented Nature: Proven track record of setting clear goals and effectively working towards them, demonstrating determination and focus.
  • Maturity: Displaying emotional maturity and professionalism in handling various situations and interactions.
  • Confidence: Having confidence in oneself and one's abilities, which can inspire trust and credibility among team members and stakeholders.
  • Energy and Enthusiasm: Exhibiting high levels of energy and enthusiasm, which can drive motivation and engagement within the team and across projects.
