We are looking for a General Manager assistant for our colleague based in Izmir, who operates in the engineering sector we are consulting for.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Making and preparing presentations, reporting,
- Welcoming foreign guests and communicating abroad,
- Organizing meetings according to the manager's calendar and effectively managing changes in the program,
- Organizing travel and accommodation for the manager.
General Qualifications:
- Graduated from 4 year or 2 year departments of universities,
- Having 3 years or more experience in the relevant position,
- Have advanced knowledge of English language,
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office Programs,
- Developed skills in following up work and taking responsibility,
- Strong communication skills.
