QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Human Resources Executive - Lüleburgaz " position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
- Respond to Employee Relations requests from teams (prioritizing as appropriate) and executes on key tasks and activities in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines,
- Working with business line managers to understand the business needs,
- Being responsible for the execution of end-to-end HR operations in Factory as aligned with central HR teams ; internal communication, employee engagement, recognition and reward, performance management, onboarding, offboarding recruitment,
- To Lead the Plant Learning & Development Program,
- Reporting needs related to payroll, absences, leaves, etc. as defined,
- Supporting data for factory audits,
- Acts as a superuser for HR systems,
- Stay up to date on relevant functionality of HR systems,
- Support employees in onboarding/offboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition,
- Manage the documentation and storage of both policies and procedures,
- Manage the Plant people - training and motivation budget,
- Participation Global Manufacturing Transformation Projects as HR shoes,
- Participation and Leading defined HR project for standardization and automation in HR operations.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (preferably Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Social Sciences ),
- Minimum 2-3 years HR experience,
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization,
- Strong planning, organizational, reporting and analytical thinking skills,
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines,
- Good problem-solving abilities,
- Preferably experience in agile working model,
- High-level English proficiency is a must- both spoken and written,
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Residence in Lüleburgaz and Kırklareli.
